Back in November of 2022, Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co, and Buffalo Rock Brewing Co received the same one-star spam Google review at the same time. It read “Your bar is an abomination in the eyes of god and science.” We’d already planned to do a collab together, and this provided us the inspiration for the name and the style. Come to either Buffalo Rock or Quenched & Tempered on Feb 1st, for first pours of Abomination, our EESB (extra EXTRA special bitter). Contrary to the sound of the name, an ESB is a crisply delicious English ale style that is not especially bitter in taste. Come celebrate with us the transformation of negativity into creativity and collaboration.

Apple of the Black Swamp is a green apple Philly Sour bringing tartness of green apples with a soft finish.

Mexican Pale Ale that leaves a nice creamy mouthfeel. Zested limes provides a nice hint of lime to the traditional Mexican flavor

Our namesake amber ale. High malt characteristics coming from roasted crystal malts and a nice blend of Golding, Wllamette, and Liberty hops.

Originating in Germany, this beer gets its name from "March" or Marzen which it was typically brewed in spring and left to ferment and rest until harvest. Provides a toasted maltiness with a balanced hop bitterness.

Extremely flavorful Double IPA with notes of Mango and Passionfruit, Pine and Grapefruit. Made with mango to add additional fruity boldness. While this contains a really large hop order, the combination does not lend itself to a bitter aftertaste.

Named after our bartender, Hannah Banana Peanut Chocolate Porter is just that. This porter has a nice chocolate-peanut butter flavor with a hint of banana on the forward side.

Known as a "seasonal" ale or "saison" originating in the farmhouses of Belgium providing a nice dry taste with a tart cranberry fruitiness finish coming through.

A milkshake IPA with lactose added to provide for a smooth creamy finish. Hopped largely with Malteuka hops and filled with real blackberry puree. This beer drinks more like a sour than an IPA due to the blackberries coming forward.

Mr. Doobs, if you know what a pineapple sour is, then you know where the name comes from. Mr. Doobs is a Philly sour produced with pineapple. Not too sour, yet a little lip smacking.

A Belgium style pale and well-carbonated Trappist ale, made with Trappist yeast to bring a floral yet smooth and sweet malt palate.

The Belgian-style dubbel has a malty sweetness with a slight caramel aroma. “Dubbel” meaning “double,” this beer is a little more intense than the Trappist Single.

Named after our daily Red Fox visitor to our brewery, this Irish Red uses toasted malts and roasted barly to produce an amber colored beer with a slight caramel taste.

The Mango Skull Milkshake IPA blends a lot of lactose and fresh mangos into a nicely bitter, natural mango flavored IPA. A nice creamy, full bodied IPA brewed with apples, mangos, oats, Centennial and Motueka hops.

An imperial stout that reminds you of a Mounds Bar. Lots of Coconut and real dark chocolate are two of the main ingredients. Both flavors come through along with hints of honey.

A very smooth, not overly spiced pumpkin ale with notes of pumpkin pie. Made with freshly baked pumpkin from Johnston's Fruit Farm in Swanton, OH. Seasonal until it is gone.

This Kiwi got his beak stuck too far to escape. A light and refreshing hard seltzer with hints of strawberry and kiwi.

Blonde Ale with Fresh Crushed Pineapple

Extremely flavorful Double IPA with notes of Mango and Passionfruit, Pine and Grapefruit. Made with Blood Orange producing a medium bodied, dry finish with a nice Blood Orange aftertaste.

A porter on the light side made specifically for the summer for those who want a creamy, lightly hopped beer with a nice chocolate taste. Hints of roasted grains and a definitive chocolate finish are easily noticeable.

Collaboration Hard Seltzer with Funky Turtle Brewing Company. Apple Pear Hard Seltzer. Apple and pear create an almost wine/champagne like flavor with nice floral notes.
